Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

This Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy ("Policy") forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the conditions below.
1. General Policy — All Sales Final
All sales are final. Due to the exclusive, limited-edition, and handcrafted nature of our collections, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once payment has been processed—except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage (see Section 2).
Each item is hand-inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and authenticity.
2. Limited Exception — Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged in transit:
Contact shop@theconnectorhouse.com within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging
Retain all original packaging, box, and labels until the claim is resolved
We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, offer one of the following remedies:
Repair or replacement of the item (if available), or
Refund of the purchase price to your original payment method
Claims filed after 48 hours from delivery cannot be honored.
Please Note: Natural variations in handcrafted, vintage, or artisan pieces—such as slight color differences, texture variations, or minor irregularities—are characteristic of their creation and are not considered defects.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
Limited Runway editions and archival pieces
Custom or made-to-order items
Hijabs, scarves, and head coverings
Intimate apparel and swimwear
Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
Fragrances, cosmetics, and beauty products
Books and publications
Gift cards and digital downloads
All artworks and Signature Collector items (see Section 5)
Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email shop@theconnectorhouse.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
After 24 hours, or once your order has shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.
5. Signature Collector (Artworks / Gallery Collection)
Private Acquisition Process
All artworks and collector pieces are handled through private coordination. Interested buyers must contact shop@theconnectorhouse.com to confirm availability, shipping, and insurance details prior to payment.
Final and Irrevocable Sales
Each artwork is a one-of-a-kind creation. Once an invoice is paid, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed, returned, or refunded. This policy ensures provenance integrity and collector protection.
Damage During Transit
All artworks ship fully insured. If damage occurs during transit:
Retain all original packaging
Photograph the damage immediately
Contact us within 48 hours at shop@theconnectorhouse.com
We will assist you in filing a claim with the insurance provider. Resolution will be handled through the insurance coverage arranged for that shipment.
6. Refund Processing
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds (for eligible claims only) will be credited to the original form of payment within 10–14 business days after confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:
Original shipping fees
Customs duties and taxes
Return shipping costs (if applicable)
Exceptions may apply where required by law.
7. Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals after receipt of goods constitute a breach of this Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to:
Dispute chargebacks with your financial institution
Provide evidence of fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and acceptance
Pursue collection of outstanding amounts
Suspend or terminate your account
We encourage customers to contact us directly at shop@theconnectorhouse.com to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to addressing legitimate issues promptly and fairly.
8. International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import fees. If a package is refused at customs or returned due to non-payment of duties, refunds cannot be issued. Any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from any potential credit.
9. Policy Revisions
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
