This Shipping & Order Policy ("Policy") governs all orders placed through our online store and applies to all products including fashion, resort wear, accessories, books, and our Signature Collector artworks. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. General Fulfillment (All Standard Products)

Processing Time

Each order is hand-prepared, inspected, and packed within three (3) business days of payment approval. During limited-edition launches or high-volume periods, processing may require additional time.

Shipping Options

At checkout, you may select your preferred carrier—UPS, FedEx, or USPS—and real-time rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed based on your shipping address.

Transit Time

Delivery times vary depending on carrier, destination, and service level. Once the carrier accepts your package, delivery time is outside our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times (Domestic U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot reroute or re-ship orders sent to incorrect addresses once in transit.

2. Signature Collector (Artworks / Gallery Collection)

By Appointment Only

Artworks and pieces listed under the Signature Collector (Artworks / Gallery Collection) are handled by private coordination to preserve authenticity, provenance, and handling integrity.

How to Purchase

To acquire an artwork or collector's piece, please email us at shop@theconnectorhouse.com with:

  • The title or reference number of the artwork you are interested in

  • Your full contact details and shipping destination

A representative from The Connector House will respond personally to confirm:

  • Current availability

  • Artwork details and provenance information

  • Estimated shipping cost and insurance coverage

  • Payment and delivery timeline

Custom Quotation & Shipping

Shipping for all Signature Collector artworks is quoted individually based on:

  • Artwork dimensions, medium, and weight

  • Destination country and customs requirements

  • Packaging, insurance, and courier service

We will provide a written quotation for approval before finalizing your order.

Payment Confirmation

Once you approve the quoted shipping and handling cost, a formal invoice will be issued. Payment completion will confirm the sale. All artwork transactions are final and non-refundable.

3. Order Confirmation & Availability

Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed due to the limited nature of our collections. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

4. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

24-Hour Change Request Window

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email shop@theconnectorhouse.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

After 24 hours, or once your order has shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Each piece is sold as is

  • Transactions are final once payment is processed

  • The unique craftsmanship or age of collector items may include natural variations or minor imperfections consistent with their creation or provenance

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at shop@theconnectorhouse.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess each case individually and, at our discretion, offer repair, replacement, or store credit. This policy does not apply to natural variations in handcrafted, vintage, or artisan pieces, which are characteristic of their creation and not considered defects.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once your package has been released to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. If your shipment appears lost or arrives damaged:

For Standard Orders: Please contact us at shop@theconnectorhouse.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and assist with filing a claim. Resolution may include reshipment or store credit at our discretion, pending carrier investigation.

For Signature Collector Artworks: Insured shipping is mandatory for all artwork purchases. Any claim for lost or damaged artwork will be processed under the insurance coverage arranged for that specific shipment. We will assist you through the claims process.

7. International Orders

We ship to select international destinations. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

Estimated International Delivery Times:

  • Canada & Mexico: 5-10 business days

  • Europe & UK: 7-14 business days

  • Middle East: 10-21 business days

  • Asia & Australia: 10-21 business days

  • Other regions: 14-28 business days

These are estimates only and do not include customs processing time.

Customs & Delivery Issues

Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control. If customs declines entry or the buyer refuses delivery, shipping costs and return fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Any duties or taxes paid are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded by The Connector House.

We may revise this Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
